How do I add End Dates to my member's records?

How to add End Dates to records so they automatically inactivate at the end of the year.

This can be done for the whole roster, small groups and individuals.

  1. Go to your club's roster in Admin Portal and select the checkbox next to the "Golfer Name" header. Then select "all pages." That way all member records are selected.
  2. Then select the "Inactivate" button.
  3. In the pop-up, select "Future Date" and enter the end date following the format 1/1/(following year). Example: for 2025 memberships, the end date should be 1/1/2026. Then click "Submit."
