How to Add a Golfer to Your Club Roster
Manage your Roster in Admin Portal
Here's how to activate or add members in different scenarios within Admin Portal. Be sure you’re working with the correct record and not assigning a new GHIN number to someone who already has one.
Activating a Returning Member:
- In your club’s Roster, adjust the Membership Status filter to show Inactives.
- Find the golfer’s name, check the box next to it, and click Activate.
- Make sure the “Now” box is checked, then hit Submit.
- After activation, set the correct End Date for the member to help keep records accurate.
Adding a Brand New Golfer (No GHIN Number Ever):
- Confirm the golfer has never had a GHIN number by asking for their number and email, and search in the Admin Portal.
- In your club’s Roster, click the “Add Golfer” button (top right), then choose “Add New Golfer.”
- Fill in all required info, including the correct Membership Code.
- Click “Add Golfer.”
- After they’re added, set the correct End Date to stay organized.
Adding a Golfer with an Existing GHIN Number (New to Your Club):
- In your Roster, click “Add Golfer” (top right), then select “Search for Existing Golfer.”
- Search using their GHIN number or email (preferred), or by last name and state/province.
- Once you find them, confirm the right Membership Code.
- Click “Add Golfer.”
- After activation, don’t forget to set their End Date for accurate records.
