How to inactivate golfers from your Roster in Admin Portal

Need to inactivate a golfer on your club's roster in Admin Portal, below are step-by-step instructions on how to inactivate golfers on your Roster. If you added End Dates to your member's records, you do not need to worry about manually inactivating those golfers.

  1. Go to your club's Roster and select the golfers that you wish to inactivate.
    1. You can either inactivate your whole Roster by clicking the checkbox next to the "Golfer Name" header, or by searching for the specific golfer and selecting only the checkbox next to their name.
  2. Once the golfer(s) is selected, select the Inactivate button.
  3. If you wish to have the golfer inactivated instantly, select the "Now" checkbox and click Submit.
