How to Pull Scoring Record History for Members

If your member is looking to view more information from the scores that they have posted to their GHIN record, here are instructions on how to pull that information.

If a member reaches out asking about viewing more information about their scoring record other than the filters that are visible to golfers in the USGA GHIN mobile app or GHIN.com, this information can be pulled via the USGA Admin Portal. Below are steps on how to pull this report for golfers:

  1. Log into USGA Admin Portal and go to the golfer's record.
  2. Once on the golfer's record, go to the "Score Maintenance" tab.
  3. If the golfer is looking to view every score that has been posted to their record, you can simply select the "Export to Excel" button and a spreadsheet with that information will be downloaded.
  4. If the golfer wants a refined list of their scores, you can use the set of filters to designate a date range, days of the week, holes played, score type, or by a specific course name. These filters can be handy if you do not want to edit the spreadsheet in Excel.
    1. Once you have set your filters, click the "Export to Excel" button.
  5. Once you have the spreadsheet downloaded, you can send the spreadsheet to the member.
