How to Set up a Member's Digital Profile

How to help your members get started creating their Digital Profiles (GHIN Login)

If you have a member who has not yet set up their Digital Profile (GHIN login), below are step-by-step instructions on how to get them started.

  1. Go to the golfer's record and select the "Profile" tab.
  2. Under the Digital Profile Information box, you will see only one green box that says "Send Invitation To Create A Digital Profile." Selecting this box will trigger an automated email from the GHIN to the golfer with a link for them to set up their GHIN password.
  3. If they run into problems with the link in the email they receive, you can click the button that says "Generate 'Digital Profile Creation' Link" which will generate a unique link that you can send directly to the golfer.
