How to use Rapid Score Entry

If you are looking to use the Rapid Score Entry feature within Admin Portal, below are step-by-step instructions for both methods of using this feature.

How to use the "Many Players" feature:

1. Make sure that the "Many Players" box is selected at the top.
2. Select the Date Setup, Posting Method, Score Type that correspond to the round you are posting. Then enter the correct Course Name into the "Course" section and select it from the list once it appears. Also set the Default Tees in the drop-down menu that corresponds with the gender of the players.
3. Select the correct Date Played, enter the GHIN Number for the golfer you are posting the score for and make sure all of the other information in the boxes is correct before clicking the "Post Score" box.
4. Once you have posted the score to that golfer, you simply need to repeat Step 3 for each other golfer.
5. If you made an error at any point, you can select the Delete button next to the line for that golfer and the score will be deleted so you can repost it with the correct information.

How to use the "One Player" feature:

1. Make sure the "One Player" box is selected at the top.
2. Select the Date Setup that corresponds to what you need and then enter the GHIN Number of the golfer that you need to post the score for.
3. In the next row, enter all of the correct information that corresponds to the score you need to post. Then click the "Post Score" box.
4. If you made an error at any point, you can select the Delete button next to the line for that score. Then the score will be deleted so you can repost it with the correct information.
