Overview of the Global Search in Admin Portal
Utilizing the Global Search in Admin Portal and how to use it for your club
When you need to look up a golfer within Admin Portal, you can utilize the Global Search feature. It is the search field at the top of the page. This search allows you to look for another golfer's record even if they are not active in your club's roster. You will be able to see the golfer's name, membership status, and GHIN number in this search but there will be redacted information that you will not have access to view.
On a golfer's record that is not active in your club, you will only be able to see limited scoring information and profile information.
On a golfer's record that is active in your club, you will be able to access most of the information on their profile.
We recommend using the Global Search to look for a new member's GHIN number to ensure that you do not assign them a new one when activating them on your club's roster.
