Why can't I post my scores in the winter?

Washington Golf is one of 41 golf associations in the U.S. that has Inactive Score Posting Season during winter months. This is because of the general change in course conditions in our region that would adversely affect the course ratings. So any rounds played within WA Golf territory (Washington State and Northern Idaho) from November 15th through the end of February are not eligible to be posted for handicapping purposes. However, if you travel to a state that is in Active Score Posting Season year-round (California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, etc.) those scores are eligible to be posted.
